Main Responsibilities: 

1. Monitor production lines operations to ensure that it complies with the quality and safety standards of the company. 
2. Recommend improvements in quality processes and production procedures and equipment. 
3. Provide proper trainings to staffs on their job duties. 
4. Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily. 
5. Manage resource allocation including work station assignments, employee breaks and shift rotations to achieve assigned objectives. 
6. Coordinate and manage shut downs, productions startups, and changeovers. 
7. Manage proper staffing level daily by checking sick leaves, forecasted employee vacations and unanticipated absences. 
8. Conduct shift meetings to ensure that staffs understand daily objectives and output requirements. 
9. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational efficiency. 
10. Conduct performance reviews on time as scheduled
11. Coordinate with Production Manager to address issues and safety concerns immediately. 
12. Build safe, clean and positive working atmosphere.  Promote Lean Manufacturing techniques.
13. Strive to meet all company goals and objectives. 
14. Prepare daily production reports that will include output quality and quantity.
15. All other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience Requirements                                                                                                                                                                     Vocational degree or other secondary education preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Two years supervisory experience
Two years hands-on experience in manufacturing environment
